Warranty Labor in The First Year of Ownership
- Within the first year of ownership, we will cover the full cost of labor associated with a bicycle or component warranty claim.
- Warranty claims must be approved by the manufacturer for this policy to apply.
- This policy only applies to the original owner of the bike or component.
- Bikes and components not purchased at GBS do not qualify for free warranty labor.
Warranty Labor After The First Year of Ownership
- After the first year of ownership, during the remainder of the manufacturer specified warranty term, GBS will cover 50% of the cost of labor associated with a bicycle or component warranty claim.
- Warranty claims must be approved by the manufacturer for this policy to apply.
- This policy only applies to the original owner of the bike or component.
- Bikes and components not purchased at GBS do not qualify for half-price warranty labor.
