Available Positions
Bike Mechanic: Full-Time
While we keep the vibe laid-back and friendly, we’re serious about quality and professionalism. Attention to detail is everything—and we need someone who thrives on making every bike repair as perfect as the last. We are currently seeking a full time mechanic to join our team in early Spring 2025.
Our service department deals primarily with high-end mountain bikes, but we see a little bit of everything, so experience with road/gravel/electric bikes is super useful! We perform extensive in-house suspension service and we are more than happy to provide in-depth training on the latest in forks, shocks, and dropper posts; even if you rarely dealt with suspension at your previous shop. Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a professional bicycle mechanic
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivation, confidence, empathy, and passion for all things bicycle
- Strong time management skills
- Moving, lifting, and carrying bikes/boxes will be necessary, must be able to lift 50lbs
- Bonus points for prior experience in suspension, wheel building, or e-bike drive systems
- Experience with gravel bikes preferred
- Extra bonus points for ski tech experience/interest
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous improvement by expressing a strong eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving industry trends and technological advancements
- Identify mechanical issues and offer assessments for repair or upgrade
- Collaborative and effective communication with colleagues
- Effectively communicate and connect with customers, showing empathy and understanding towards their concerns and needs
- Sourcing compatible replacement/upgrade parts
Compensation:
- $20+/hr (DOE)
- 80 hours of paid time off for full time employees, accrued annually
- Employer assisted Health and Dental Insurance for full time employees after meeting eligibility requirements

- Use of Demo Bike fleet
- Four day work week with every Saturday off
