The Rollik is not just a carbon copy of other popular bikes in it’s category, this thing is completely unique. From the moment you hop on, it’s pretty clear that this bike just wants to go fast. The Living Link system isn’t overly sensitive to precise setup, and in fact it works amazingly well even with the shock setup slightly neglected! Amazing pedaling performance is the main thing you’ll notice. Even with the shock wide open, it has a nice supportive feel and never wallows under hard pedalling. The steep seat tube angle takes a bit of getting used to just in terms of initial feel, but it’s an amazing benefit when climbing steep, front range trails. When it’s time to descend, the forward seating position is irrelevant. Just slam the dropper down and get low!. This bike climbs amazingly, and gets plenty wild on descents. Do yourself a favor, and add this bike to your demo list. You won’t regret it!
Although Spot Brand is relatively new to the full-suspension game, the Rollick 557 has proven an amazingly popular bike - and for good reason.
With 27.5 inch wheels and just over 5.5 inches of travel,This rowdy trail bike takes on steep climbs and Wiley descents with equal vigor.
Part of what makes the Rollik unique is its progressive geometry. The 76° seat tube angle puts the rider in a squarely centered position over the pedals when climbing.
Spot Brand headquarters is located right down the road from us in Golden, Colorado. The Rollik 557 was designed And tested on the exact trails we enjoy in our local area.
The rear triangle on the Rollik uses a super-stiff unified construction which attaches firmly to the front triangle via the amazing Living Link.
It's clear that spot Brand spared no expense on the construction of these frames. All of the details are beautiful including the stainless steel torx hardware throughout.
The heart and soul of the spot brand Rollik is the patented living link suspension design. This unique link creates an extremely stiff and efficient interface between front and rear triangle.
The living link provides an un-believably dynamic ride quality Using a carbon leaf spring technology Instead of your traditional rigid links pivoting on bearings. The resulting systems extremely lightweight, durable and fun to ride.
You may have recognized the Textreme carbon fiber weave on this bike. This is the absolute highest quality carbon fiber material available on the market for any application.
TexTreme Composites Have the highest ratio of carbon material to resin. This achieves the maximum structural properties, with minimum unnecessary material.
The rollick is all business up front. The large diameter, super-stiff headtube mates nicely with modern150mm travel suspension forks.
This five star package includes the Fox Factory 34 suspension fork with Kashima coating.
Our mechanics at GBS love the Rollik for it's well-thought-out and brilliantly executed cable routing plan. Internal tubes minimize any hassles associated with replacing or installing cables, and keep things quiet during operation.
A second bottle cage mount is visible underneath the downtube area.
More clean lines and finishing touches on the rear end: the integrated derailleur hanger is beautifully designed, And easily replaceable.
SRAM XX1 Eagle Drive train components provide Amazingly lightweight performance and the highest quality shifting. You'll never go back to a double.
The stock Rollik builds come out of the box showing some pretty impressive weight numbers. Fortunately the Rollik is versatile enough to accept some slightly more substantial components for more of an all-mountain character.
The Fox Float Evol rear shock can be as active, of as firm as you want on this platform. Riders who like to climb will be blown away by this bike.
A dropper seatpost is necessary equipment on a rig as wild as this.
Raceface Next SL Bars measure 780mm with a 35mm clamp size. Dare we call this a new "standard"?
Thanks for checking out the Spot Rollik! This 5-star Large Rollik is currently part of our demo fleet, and waiting to be ridden.
