Foxy Carbon XR
An absolute rocket!

Forget what you think you know about how a mountain bike should ride - the Foxy XR is a complete game-changer.

The Mondraker Foxy XR carbon is... well, sick!
The Spanish brand nailed it - the bike is an absolute show-stopper.
The XR is one of several in the family of these 155mm trail-slayers. This XR is arguably the baddest sibling.
After the yellow paint - most people notice the Coil-sprung Rockshox Super Deluxe rear shock. A clear sign that this bike likes to party.
Mondraker's brilliant ZERO suspension configuration delivers incomprehensible pedalling performance. You truly have to ride it..
Stealth Carbon frame technology rivals any other on the market for stiffness, strength, and ride quality.
The heart and soul of Mondraker's full-suspension line is ZERO. A dual-link with a floating shock and a little bit of magic.
Not only is the super-deluxe coil almost pedal-neutral in this frame - but it also has a full compression lockout if you really need to stand and hammer.
The piggyback reservoir keeps oil cool and damping consistent - no matter how hard you push it.
The internal cable routing is genius - about as good as it gets.
A 34t chainring is right at home - this bike wants to go FAST!
Easy-access linkage hardware? External BB cups? Creak-free, solid performance? All yes.
A smart, replaceable mud fender keeps the majority of junk from getting packed where you don't want it.
Swing around the back of the frame, and you'll spot a pair of robustly designed dropouts. Chainstay length can be adjusted by 10mm with a 2nd dropout set.
Up front is all business. The newly redesigned Rockshox Pike runs 160mm of travel and controlled by the new Charger 2 damper.
The Pike is a fork that you would be crazy not to like - but a Lyrik may do well for the real hard chargers, and bigger riders.
Simple. Adjustable. Reliable.
To many riders' delight - XT M8000 brakes are the spec on this otherwise SRAM bike. A 203/180mm rotor set means you stop now.
a flat-mount brake caliper adaptor is a slick engineering solution.
27.5" Maxxis High Roller II 2.3" tires front and rear are the spec - But we'll surely see some 2.6" tires in this bike's future.
30mm wide rims are right in that sweet spot - 2.4" - 2.6" tires mount and perform beautifully.
The DT Spline M1700 wheels use tried-and-true technology from the 350-series hubs - but with added style and straight-pull spokes.
Mondraker's partner brand, Onoff really provides some impressive cockpit components. The front end of this bike brings nothing but confidence.
A full SRAM GX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain means all the gears - and even more toughness than it's lightweight counterparts.
Onoff's Pija dropper post remote is clean and simple, with a light, smooth action.
Smooth and solid. That's our experience with this dropper so far.
