A good multi-tool is an essential item for any bike owner. It's not a matter of if you'll need it, but when.

The Ratchet Rocket has quality materials, hard chrome finish, and a robust ratchet mechanism. It may look cute, but this is a legit tool.

Most multi-tools are small, lightweight, and portable. Unfortunately, most of them are terrible actually use. The Ratchet Rocket blasts away from the competitors with its superior functionality.

Spin bolts quickly by using the bit in the end of the handle. A small magnet keeps the bit in place.

A padded, nylon carry case provides organized storage for all ten bits and the Ratchet. The case also eliminates any exposed, hard edges - which means less wear and tear from the tool on other gear inside your pack or pocket.

The RR is tool of choice at the shop for several GBS employees. From adjusting seat height, to installing bottle cages, to building up complete bikes, the RR is a trusty companion.

New and improved - the Ratchet Rocket DX

Similar to the original design - but now includes a 20mm bit extension and two tire levers. Chrome plated bits last longer, and are easier to spot if dropped in the grass.

Still not versatile enough for you? Use it with tons of other standard 1/4" bits and accessories..

The classic question: How much does it weigh? Exactly the same as a standard setup, but so much better in just about every way.

So, it is that good. But there is one potential drawback. The bits can get lost. It is up to you to find a smart place to wrench on your bike, where a dropped bit won't immediately vanish forever. aside from that, it's hard to find flaw with this awesome tool.  MSRP $35
